Its intelligent-pathing navigational system results in greater maneuverability, and its high-pile carpet mode cleans well, but it tends to get caught up on rug tassels. Its iHome speaker allows you to control the robot using voice commands.

In our tests, the IQ was adept at handling pet hair well, clearing huge amounts of debris from bare floors and fair amounts on medium-pile carpet. It was a little less efficient on shag carpets, which was a struggle to reach dirt and dust buried in the fibers. It did a good job of maneuvering around chair legs and tight spaces, as well as the bottom of an wooden IKEA step stool. It was a little slower on bare flooring but it was able to recover speed and did better than other robots we have evaluated.

Its air-sealed design and allergy-friendly design snuff out allergens to keep your family safe. It comes with an onboard HEPA and self-emptying bin, which means you don't require additional filters or vacuum bags.
