iRobot Vacuum and Mop Review

Contrary to other robot vacuums, this one isn't afraid of taking on the stairs. Like any mop or vacuum it is susceptible to getting blocked by objects like tennis shoes, play thread, jewelry or other loose objects.

You can use the iRobot Home app to label rooms and establish no-go zones. You can also monitor the progress of your mops and their battery status.

iRobot Combo j7+

The Combo j7+ joins the mop and robotic vacuum line-up and combines the robotic cleaner's smart mapping capabilities and its ability to tackle spills. It uses the same acoustic sensor onboard and iAdapt 2.0 Navigation as the other Roomba models and maps your home seven times faster than previous versions. It also allows you to set Keep Out Zones (for rooms that the robot is not allowed to enter) and Clean Zones (for rooms it must clean).

The i4 is also less demanding in terms of maintenance requirements, incurs lower recurring costs and also has a longer time of operation in its least powerful suction mode than the i7.
