How to Get Started

It's essential to create the foundation of your Avon business at the beginning of your journey. The primary way in which Avon pays its Representatives is through a commission on sales of Avon products. Commissions can be paid directly into your Avon account through the AVON Wallet App or to your bank account. Leaders receive bonus earnings based on their team sales which are direct deposited into their Avon accounts or issued onto their Avon Welcome Kit debit cards.

Avon does offer a very generous incentive for leadership that encourages Reps to develop their teams. They are directly deposited into your Avon account or credited to your Avon debit card at the end of each campaign. The amount increases as you achieve leadership milestones.
